Privacy Policy

The short version

NurseReflex has no account, no login, no analytics SDK, and no advertising, and all reference content works entirely offline. The only data that ever reaches us is anonymous purchase information when you buy or restore the optional Pro unlock — described below. Pro also offers optional sync across your own devices; it runs through your iCloud or Google Drive account, never through a server of ours.

What you create, and where it lives

Everything you create or configure — your name (if you choose to enter one during setup), favorites, home-screen arrangement, theme choice, and your personal "My Cards" notes — is stored on your device. We cannot see it. There is no NurseReflex server and no account for it to belong to.

Cross-device sync (Pro only). With the Pro unlock, your favorites, My Cards, home arrangement and profile are also copied into your own cloud storage so a second phone or an iPad shows the same thing: Apple's iCloud key-value store on iOS, and a private app folder in your Google Drive on Android. That data sits in your personal account under Apple's or Google's privacy terms. It is not sent to us, we have no access to it, and we could not read it if we wanted to. On Android the sync is off until you connect a Google account yourself; on iOS it follows the Apple ID already signed in on the device.

My Cards is for your own reference material — extensions, door codes, drip concentrations. Do not put patient information in it, on any device. The app asks you to acknowledge this before your first card.

Purchases (the one thing that touches the network)

The optional one-time Pro unlock is processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details — no card number, no billing address.

To validate purchases and make "Restore purchase" work across your devices, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase-infrastructure service acting as our service provider. RevenueCat receives your purchase history for this app and a random anonymous app-instance identifier. Because NurseReflex has no accounts, this is not linked to your name, email, or identity, and it is not used for advertising or tracking. This is disclosed in the App Store privacy label and Google Play Data Safety section as "Purchase History — not linked to you."

What we do NOT collect

No name, email, or contact details. No location. No health or patient data. No usage analytics. No advertising identifiers. No contacts, photos, or files. Content screens make zero network requests. The Pro sync described above collects nothing for us — it moves your data between your own devices through your own cloud account.

Network access

Content screens make zero network calls. The network activity the app can initiate is: opening an external link you tap (for example, this website), the operating system's own in-app review and purchase sheets, and — for Pro users — the cross-device sync described above, which talks to your own iCloud or Google Drive account.

This website

nursereflex.com is a static site served via Cloudflare, which processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We run no advertising or cross-site tracking on it.

Children

NurseReflex is a professional reference intended for adults in or studying for nursing practice. It is not directed at children under 13.
