Educational reference only

NurseReflex (the app and this website) is an educational reference for nurses and nursing students. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for clinical judgment, facility policies and protocols, the prescriber, or pharmacy. Reference ranges and practices vary by institution — always verify against your facility's current policy before acting.

No dosing recommendations

The calculators perform arithmetic on values you enter and always display the formula used. They do not recommend what dose any patient should receive.

Your notes

"My Cards" is for your own reference material. Do not store patient information or any data protected by HIPAA or equivalent regulations.

Purchases

The optional Pro unlock is a one-time purchase processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their terms, with purchase validation provided by RevenueCat as our service provider (see the Privacy Policy). It is not a subscription. The entitlement follows your store account; refunds are handled by the store under its policies.

Accuracy

Content is compiled in good faith from standard nursing references, and each card cites its source. Medicine changes and errors are possible; the app and site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To report an error: support@nursereflex.com.

Intellectual property

The NurseReflex name, the Remy character, and the app's original content and design are protected. Sharing cards through the app's share feature for personal, non-commercial use is encouraged. All third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
